Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Ohio Bar, or eligible for prompt admission, and in good standing.
• At least five years of active legal experience.
• Strong leadership or management experience in addition to legal experience.
• Experience advising executives and governing boards.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on legal, compliance, and risk matters.
• Oversee legal risk, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate cross‑department projects and organizational initiatives.
• Support HR leadership on personnel policies and risk.
• Lead or support grant compliance and fiscal accountability.
