Madison Pointe Senior Living seeks a Community Administrator to lead our community with vision, accountability, and heart. You will oversee operations, ensure resident care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while engaging employees to deliver exceptional service.

You will build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, foster a culture of excellence, and guide teams toward continuous improvement in quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Active Assisted Living or Community Administrator License preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, Nursing, or related field.
• Three to five years of progressive leadership experience in senior living or related service industry.
• Proven success managing operations, staffing, budgets, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community operations to ensure resident care, service and quality outcomes.
• Provide leadership and support to department leaders to achieve goals.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, engagement, and resident‑centered service.
• Serve as primary leadership contact for residents, families, staff, vendors and regulators.
• Drive fiscal performance, occupancy, and compliance through data-driven decisions.
