Job summary

Platinum Communities is seeking a Director to partner with the Administrator in directing daily operations, care coordination, and regulatory compliance within a Wisconsin assisted living community.

You will lead ISPs, resident assessments, and care planning, while supervising staff, ensuring safety, and maintaining high resident satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and collaboration with families and teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in assisted living or senior care.
• CBRF certifications required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin DHS 83 and 89 regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Administrator in managing overall operations and report on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Lead care coordination, ISPs, assessments and care planning meetings with families and staff.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and on-call coverage.
• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin DHS 83/89 and company policies; maintain HIPAA and documentation standards.
• Foster resident- and family-centered care and serve as liaison with care teams, residents, and families.
• Collaborate across departments to support resident-centered services and staff development.
