Zymo Research is seeking a Director of Segment Marketing to lead strategic marketing across our key segments—Academic & Government, Clinical, Pharma & Biotechnology, and Applied Markets—while aligning with product, sales, and corporate marketing globally.

You will own GTM strategy, positioning, and customer engagement for each segment, build and guide a high-performing team, and drive growth through targeted campaigns and data-driven insights across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life sciences marketing.
• Proven segment-based marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a matrixed global organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute segment marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets.
• Collaborate with product, regional sales, and corporate marketing to define markets and value propositions.
• Translate insights into segment messaging and campaigns.
• Lead and develop Segment Marketing Managers to drive results.
