Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus eight years of security experience with at least three years of supervisory experience.
• Must obtain and maintain valid racing and/or gaming license.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least three years driving experience; must provide proof of insurance; MV background check required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security investigations with outside law enforcement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and first responders.
• Create and monitor emergency response procedures for fires, floods, or threats.
• Analyze risk with department leadership and coordinate security programs.
• Hire, train, and manage security staff; plan workloads and assignments.
