Cribl is seeking a Director of Product Management for Security Products to own the next wave of Cribl Detect and related security offerings. You will drive strategy, define requirements, and shape the portfolio from concept to customer adoption.

You will lead cross-functional teams to build a unified security platform, make build/partner/buy decisions, and ensure new capabilities integrate with Cribl Detect. This is a remote-first role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Competenze

• 10+ years in product management or a closely related role.
• 5+ years building security products.
• Deep understanding of security operations - SIEM, detection engineering, incident response.
• Hands-on product experience in security automation and response (SOAR) or related areas.
• Portfolio-level thinking with market evaluation and business-case skill.
• Leadership experience mentoring PMs and cross-functional influence.
• Technical depth to engage with data architectures and AI/LLM-based systems.
• Strong written communication for strategy docs and PRDs.

Mansioni

• Drive the strategy for the next wave of security products including market analysis and customer discovery.
• Build the business case for each area with customer problem, market size, fit, and options (build/partner/buy).
• Lead execution from requirements to delivery with engineering from 0 to 1 and beyond.
• Ensure new capabilities work within Cribl Detect on a shared data model and workflow.
• Engage with CISOs, SOC managers, and analysts to validate direction with customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and technology partners on positioning and launches.
• Grow the team by hiring and mentoring product managers for funded areas.
• Represent Cribl security externally with customers, analysts, and industry events.
