Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Director of Product Management for Security to drive the next wave of security products. You will own strategy, define requirements, and work with engineering to deliver capabilities that integrate with Cribl Detect.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, partner with marketing and sales, and mentor PMs as areas are funded, all within a remote-first environment across time zones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or related role.
• 5+ years building security products.
• Deep understanding of security operations—SIEM, detection engineering, incident response.
• Track record of taking a product from 0 to 1 with customers paying for it.
• Portfolio-level thinking with market evaluation and clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for the next wave of security products and prioritize bets.
• Lead product definition, requirements, success metrics, and delivery with engineering.
• Ensure new capabilities work natively with Cribl Detect via a shared data model and workflows.
• Represent Cribl security externally with customers, analysts, and at industry events.
• Grow the team by hiring and mentoring product managers as areas are funded.
