Impact Public Schools seeks a Director of Operations to lead and optimize operational systems across home office and school sites in the Seattle–Tacoma region. You will collaborate with the CFO/COO to build scalable processes, coach Directors of School Operations, and ensure efficient enrollment and district-wide program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years general management and/or school operations experience.
• 2+ years school operations experience.
• 2+ years coaching and developing others.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing systems.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Directors of School Operations and coach teams for growth.
• Partner with Principals to align operational systems with academic programs.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and tools.
• Oversee enrollment training and management with Outreach team.
• Ensure compliance and address operational issues proactively.
• Drive network-wide operational initiatives from conception to implementation.
