Legacy Traditional Schools is seeking a Director of School Operations to act as the operational leader of the campus, partnering with the Principal to ensure facilities, safety, staffing, enrollment, and budgets run smoothly. You will apply Lean practices and data dashboards to drive continuous improvement and remove barriers to learning.

The role focuses on aligning resources with academic priorities, managing vendor relationships, and fostering a culture of accountability and exceptional

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven leadership of operations or school administration.
• Experience using data to drive process improvements.
• Ability to travel between campuses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day campus operations including facilities, food service, technology, transportation, and front office.
• Lead strategic planning with the Principal and drive KPI-based improvements.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness across the campus.
• Hire, train, and develop non-instructional staff with a focus on service excellence.
• Drive enrollment strategies and community engagement to support growth.
