KIPP Nashville Public Schools is seeking a Director of Operations to lead school-wide operational functions across budgeting, staffing, and systems. You will direct the operations team, coordinate transportation, facilities, and HR, and partner with the Principal to support student achievement.

Responsibilities include enrollment management, vendor coordination, and ensuring effective communication with families, staff, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 4+ years in K-12 ops preferred.
• Experience managing budgets and staffing.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Spanish and/or Arabic proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and enroll students through outreach and enrollment plans.
• Directly manage operations team and volunteers.
• Oversee school budgeting and purchasing processes.
• Coordinate transportation, food services, HR, and facilities.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and communications.
