Job summary

You will oversee enrollment software (SchoolMint, Skyward) and direct event logistics for family onboarding across Seattle-Tacoma campuses.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations/educational admin, strong systems mastery, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations management or educational administration.
• Experience with enrollment systems (SchoolMint, Skyward) preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment communications and data integrity.
• Oversee compliance and document audits for student files.
