MasTec Renewables is seeking a Scheduling Director to advance scheduling capabilities and drive operational excellence across business units. You will lead a high-performing team, establish best practices, and deliver actionable schedule intelligence to executives.

The role requires a strategic leader with experience in renewable energy construction, strong governance, and collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related major.
• 15+ years of experience in project management and/or project controls.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• PSP and/or PMI-SP certification preferred.
• Renewable energy construction experience preferred.
• Experience delivering complex schedule data to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the scheduling team, overseeing assignments and training.
• Drive process improvements across Project Controls and Operations.
• Standardize scheduling processes, templates, and compliance tracking.
• Own and maintain scheduling tools, especially Primavera P6.
• Perform quality audits on project schedules for accuracy and reporting.
• Advise project management and executives with actionable schedule insights.
• Deliver schedule reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Oversee baselines, forecasts, recovery plans, and delay scenarios.
• Conduct risk analyses, impact assessments, and forensic schedule reviews.
• Ensure schedule integration with cost control, estimating, and construction teams.
