A leading construction firm is seeking a Director-Scheduling to oversee all scheduling functions within the Project Controls Department. This role involves leading a team, managing project scheduling, and ensuring accurate delivery of schedule data. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in project management, strong knowledge of Primavera P6, and excellent leadership skills. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or from offices in Phoenix, Denver, Fargo, or Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project management and/or project controls.
• Five+ years of supervisory experience.
• Renewable energy construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the scheduling team.
• Establish, maintain, and improve standard scheduling processes.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of schedules prepared by project teams.
