Job summary

Navitas Resourcing Group is partnering with an international owner and operator of hyperscale data centers to hire a Director of Scheduling for their US team, starting with Texas and the South region. You will lead a team of 4 schedulers to orchestrate end-to-end delivery and own the integrated master schedule across projects.

The role requires 10+ years in data-center scheduling, mastery of Primavera P6/MS Project, and strong leadership to grow the team, with travel to HQ and project sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling experience for hyperscale data centers.
• Ownership of an integrated master schedule across multiple projects valued $150M+
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project with WBS design, resource and cost loading
• Leadership experience; proven track record of growing scheduling teams
• Willingness to travel to HQ and project sites

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end scheduling of data center projects across the US South region.
• Own and maintain the integrated master schedule across all active projects.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and proactive risk mitigation.
• Lead and grow the scheduling team of 4 project schedulers

Director of Scheduling Data Centers (Owner Operator)

Location: Texas

I’m partnered with an international owner and operator of hyperscale data centers, who are looking to hire a Director of Scheduling for their US team, with an immediate focus in Texas and South region, leading a team of 4 project schedulers.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of data centers across the South region, owning the integrated master schedule across all active projects and ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment and proactive risk mitigation.

Snapshot of Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in scheduling of hyperscale data centers
• Ownership of an integrated master schedule across multiple simultaneous projects with a combined value of $150M+
• Mastery of advanced scheduling tools (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project/ including WBS design, resource and cost loading, critical path and float management, and schedule risk analysis)
• Leadership experience, track record of leading and growing scheduling teams
• Willingness to travel to HQ and project sites
