Job summary

Oscar is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support hyperscale data center programs across the US. You’ll develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules, challenge contractor plans and drive recovery strategies with project teams.

This role requires 5+ years in planning or project controls, strong CPM knowledge, and the willingness to travel up to 50% to project sites. Competitive base with bonus and relocation support.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

I’m partnering with a global construction consultancy that is expanding its US data center and project controls capability.

They’re looking for experienced Senior Schedulers to support major hyperscale and mission-critical construction programs across the US.

This isn't a role for someone who simply updates P6 and produces reports. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to understand what is actually driving the completion date, identify potential delays, challenge schedules and help develop practical recovery strategies.

The business supports programs across multiple regions, with current demand particularly across West Texas / the Texas Panhandle, Oklahoma, Kansas and Iowa. Depending on your location and project assignment, you should be comfortable spending up to approximately 50% of your time on project sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, maintain and review detailed Primavera P6 schedules

• Work closely with contractors, construction teams and wider project controls functions

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 5+ years' experience within planning, scheduling or project controls
• Experience building and maintaining complex construction schedules
• Strong understanding of CPM, critical path, float and schedule logic
• Experience reviewing and challenging contractor schedules
• Exposure to delay analysis, schedule recovery and mitigation
• Experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure programs
• Strong communication skills and confidence operating in a client-facing environment
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Particularly Interested In

Experience within data centers / mission critical construction is highly desirable, particularly exposure to:

• MEP construction
• Electrical / power infrastructure
• Long-lead equipment and procurement
• Energization
• Commissioning and testing
• Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
• Turnover / Ready for Service (RFS)

Strong schedulers from other complex construction sectors will also be considered.
