Job summary

Data Center TALNT is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler for a 12-month contract to support multiple data-center builds nationwide. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed schedules as owner’s representative for high-visibility AI infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will lead Primavera P6 scheduling, coordinate with PMs, trade partners, and owners representatives, and deliver regular progress reports while ensuring adherence to contract

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years scheduling on complex construction projects.
• Excellent communication with owners, GC's, and subs.
• Experience with mission-critical data-center programs preferred.
• Able to work on-site full-time in the Greater Philadelphia area.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, trade partners, and owner’s representatives.
• Analyze critical path, milestones, delays, and risks; identify schedule impacts.
• Provide weekly and monthly schedule reporting, look-aheads, and progress updates.
• Support construction sequencing, resource planning, and logistics coordination.
• Ensure schedule alignment with project execution plans and contract requirements.
• Participate in on-site coordination meetings and field walks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in Primavera P6
• Coordinate closely with project managers, trade partners, and owner’s representatives
• Analyze critical path, milestones, delays, and risks — proactively identifying schedule impacts
• Provide weekly and monthly schedule reporting, look-aheads, and progress updates
• Support construction sequencing, resource planning, and logistics coordination
• Ensure schedule alignment with project execution plans and contract requirements
• Participate in on-site coordination meetings and field walks as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of scheduling experience on complex construction projects
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence owners, GC's, and subs.
• Experience supporting mission-critical data-center programs - open to mission-critical experience as a substitute for direct data center experience
• Ability to work full-time on-site in the Greater Philadelphia area
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior data center or hyper-scale experience (not required, but a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience working with large general contractors or major technology owners
