Job summary

Navitas Resourcing Group partners with an international owner and operator of hyperscale data centers to hire an experienced Mission Critical Scheduler focused on Texas and the South region.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mission critical scheduling, expert Primavera P6 skills, strong Excel, and the ability to resolve financial discrepancies, including three-way matching.

Travel to HQ and project sites is required, with willingness to visit Texas HQ and site locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience in mission critical/data centers.
• Expert-level Primavera P6; working knowledge of MS Project.
• Strong Excel skills; detail-oriented with financial discrepancy resolution.
• Familiarity with three-way matching or automated invoice processing tools.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, critical path, float management, and schedule risk.

I’m partnered with an international owner and operator of hyperscale data centers, who are looking to hire an experienced Mission Critical Scheduler, with an immediate focus in Texas and South region.

• 5+ years of scheduling experience in mission critical/data centers ($100M+)
• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6; working knowledge of MS Project
• Strong Excel skills; detail-oriented with ability to resolve financial discrepancies independently. Familiarity with three-way matching or automated invoice processing tools
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, critical path analysis, float management, and schedule risk assessment
• Willingness to travel to HQ and project sites
