Job summary

Daksta is seeking an experienced Scheduler/Senior Scheduler to support large-scale data center projects across multiple U.S. locations. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and controlling delivery, working with project teams, subcontractors and senior stakeholders.

Key duties include developing CPM schedules with Primavera P6, tracking progress, identifying risks, and providing updates and forecasts to leadership. This is a permanent role with a hybrid work rotation and travel is covered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scheduler or Senior Scheduler in large-scale construction.
• Strong CPM scheduling principles knowledge.
• Experience on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or major commercial ground-up construction.
• Experience on projects valued at $100M+ is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM project schedules.
• Monitor schedule progress and analyze performance.
• Identify delays, risks, and opportunities to improve delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Prepare schedule updates, reports, forecasts and progress analysis for leadership.

The Role

As a Scheduler / Senior Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in planning, monitoring, and controlling project delivery, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
