Project Scheduler - Mission-Critical / Data Center Program

Location: San Antonio

Our client is an established construction project controls firm with a long track record supporting planning, scheduling, and risk management across a broad mix of project types and sizes, including significant experience in the data center space. They're currently growing their on-site scheduling team to support a major ongoing data center program in San Antonio.

The Role

As an End-to-End Scheduler, you'll own the schedule from early conceptual planning through project closeout, working directly with the general contractor and cross-functional teams on-site.

Core responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining summary and detailed schedules that capture full project scope
• Driving WBS coding standards and working with the GC on submittal quality and consistency
• Running interactive planning sessions with key stakeholders to align on schedule logic
• Reviewing and validating the GC's baseline schedule against contract specs, identifying critical and near-critical paths
• Auditing schedule quality (DCMA 14-point or similar) and flagging risk areas proactively
• Leading recurring schedule review meetings, reporting progress, deviations, and corrective actions
• Producing forecasts, schedule analysis, and recovery/mitigation recommendations when issues arise
• Tracking owner- and contractor-furnished equipment and materials against the schedule

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of construction/scheduling experience
• Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred; large-scale vertical construction (commercial, industrial, residential) is also a strong fit
• Strong, confident communicator who can hold their own in front of GC and ownership stakeholders
