Job summary

Fresenius Kabi seeks a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA, to drive the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation under the FutureFresenius program in the US. The role provides global leadership and governance for standardized processes, systems, and operating models across regions and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years leading ERP deployments or transformation in large enterprises.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience with multi-country rollouts.
• Experience in Pharma/Lood/regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment plans while balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Establish and lead deployment governance, readiness assessments, and performance monitoring.
• Drive organizational readiness, training, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Oversee data migration, testing cycles, cutover preparations, go-live readiness, and hypercare.
