Job summary
Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Director, Country Deployment Lead USA to drive the enterprise-wide deployment of the ELEVATE Global Template as part of the SAP S/4HANA rollout under #FutureFresenius in the US.
You will bridge global program leadership with US country teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory, validation, and operational requirements while delivering deployment milestones and measurable outcomes across regions and sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or IT required.
- 12+ years in ERP delivery or deployment leadership.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA deployments.
- Willingness to travel 35% internationally.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA deployment.
- Translate Global Template into deployment strategies across local requirements.
- Establish deployment governance frameworks and quality controls.
- Lead organizational readiness and adoption activities.
- Provide cross-functional leadership across IT, Validation, and Change Management.
- Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
- Mentor country deployment resources and ensure audit/compliance.
