Ryan LLC in Plano, TX seeks a Director, Product Owner to lead the vision and manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud roadmap and Salesforce-integrated solutions. You will translate business needs into user stories, align stakeholders, and ensure measurable value across the global organization.

As a bridge between business and technical teams, you will drive adoption, guide release planning, and maintain data integrity while staying current with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in a related field.
• 8-10 or more years of Product Management experience, preferably in a global environment.
• 5-7 years as a Salesforce Product Owner in a complex, global environment.
• Experience with Salesforce Unlimited Edition, Data Cloud, or Agentforce preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile approaches (e.g., DAD, SAFe, Kanban) and Salesforce governance.
• Experience in creating and maintaining User Stories, Backlogs and Product Roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the Salesforce product roadmap, aligning with business goals and user needs across global teams.
• Lead and manage delivery of enhancements in sprint and release planning, meeting defined criteria.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the backlog to meet tactical and strategic goals with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to groom the backlog and plan releases.
• Ensure data integrity by aligning with systems of record and governance.
