Ryan in Plano, TX seeks a Director, Product Owner to lead the vision and execution of the global Salesforce Sales Cloud roadmap. You will represent end-user needs, translate them into prioritized user stories, and align business and technical teams to deliver measurable value across Ryan’s organization.

The role is hybrid, based in Plano, and requires strong leadership across global stakeholders and agile delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience translating business needs into user stories and product backlogs.
• Proven Agile leadership and Salesforce governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Salesforce product roadmap across global teams.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead an integrated team and prioritize backlog with executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architecture and IT to ensure value delivery.
• Manage change, training, and governance for Salesforce changes.
