Job summary

Corpay, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, seeks a Director of Sales Transformation to lead strategic changes across Sales and Product within the USVP unit. This role reports to the VP of Sales Transformation and collaborates with executive stakeholders to deliver scalable inbound sales improvements.

Responsibilities include defining transformation domains, creating product roadmaps, and ensuring delivery with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, analytics and sales operations or related strategic role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Industry experience in financial services or payments is desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact via product initiatives.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product ownership/backlog management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined transformation domain and drive measurable business results.
• Lead cross-functional work with Sales, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations.
• Translate business goals into product roadmaps and articulate changes via process maps and business cases.
• Gain buy-in for transformational vision from stakeholders and executives.
• Engage with sales leadership to align product direction and progress.
• Manage Agile teams and Product Owners responsible for implementation.
• Perform data analysis, A/B testing, and modelling to assess impact.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk and Legal to align processes with regulatory requirements.
