Job summary

Corpay in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Director, Sales Transformation to identify and lead transformational opportunities across Sales and Product, improving processes, user experience, and technology-enabled capabilities to accelerate growth in the inbound sales funnel.

You will report directly to the VP of Sales Transformation and partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management, Analytics and Sales Operations or related strategic role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Financial or Payment Services is preferred.
• Proven track record delivering measurable impact through product initiatives.
• Experience with inbound sales and fintech industry is highly desirable.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with competency in data analysis and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own a transformation domain and translate goals into product roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
• Identify transformational needs and articulate changes via process maps and business cases.
• Communicate a transformational vision with stakeholders and secure buy-in.
• Engage with sales leadership and senior stakeholders on product direction.
• Manage Agile teams and oversee tech implementation through Product Owners.
• Analyze performance, conduct A/B testing, and drive data-driven improvements.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to align with regulatory requirements.
• Leverage data sources (Salesforce, Adobe, CF, Data Lake) to support changes.
