Engine, the AI-native platform for intelligent travel, seeks a Director of Strategy & Operations, Groups. This remote-US role partners with the VP, Sales - Groups to shape how the team plans and executes, driving AI-enabled productivity and removing bottlenecks in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

You will build and lead a small team of analysts, shape segmentation, forecasting, and the sales cadence, and collaborate with Growth, Data, and Finance to align strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales strategy & operations, revenue operations, or top-tier consulting.
• Experience as primary strategic partner to VP/C-level revenue leaders.
• Clear POV on AI/automation in modern sales motions.

Responsabilités

• Own segmentation strategy, ICP, account scoring, and territory design.
• Define metrics, cadence, and executive-ready analyses for leadership.
• Design end-to-end sales process, forecasting, and reporting standards.
• Set AI strategy for sales motion and oversee tools, AI, and insights adoption.
