Bill Jacobs Motorsport seeks a Director of Sales and Training to design and lead an ongoing training and development program for our sales and service teams across Naperville and Hinsdale dealerships. The role emphasizes coaching on appointments, presentations, negotiations, and service recommendations, with hands-on showroom and service drive involvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of automotive retail experience with leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to coach adults and develop frontline teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience coaching across sales and service departments.
• Willingness to travel between Chicagoland locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead ongoing training programs for sales and service teams across multiple dealerships.
• Coach and role-play with advisors to improve performance and consistency.
• Standardize processes and playbooks to ensure a uniform guest experience.
• Monitor KPIs and measure training impact on sales, service retention, and guest satisfaction.
• Partner with dealership leadership to close performance gaps and drive growth.
