Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an analytics leader to develop, analyze, evaluate, communicate, and operationalize insights and models that drive decision-making across the supply chain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, Business).
• At least 5 years data management/analysis experience; 3+ in supply chain.
• CPG/consumer products experience is a strong plus.
• Exposure to network modeling/optimization tools and order-to-cash processes is desirable.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience and advanced BI/report development is nice to have.
• Knowledge of SAP and supply chain data structures; Excel beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines and analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake for supply chain domains.
• Design and own Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for daily operations and leadership reviews.
• Integrate data from SAP, Snowflake, 3PL feeds, and other sources with minimal external dependencies.
• Define reporting requirements and drive automation to accelerate improvements.
• Develop network models to evaluate distribution strategy and cost-to-serve implications.
• Analyze customer data and ordering profiles to model future-state volumes and costs.
• Identify end-to-end optimization opportunities across the supply chain.
• Apply statistical techniques to interpret trends and predict behavior.
• Partner with stakeholders to scope developments and implement data-driven solutions.
• Develop cost-to-serve models to guide strategic conversations.
• Deliver on-shelf availability and lead-time analyses linking planning to customer experience.
• Present insights through clear storytelling to leadership and customer-facing teams.
