Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks an analytics leader to develop, analyze, and operationalize insights across customer supply chains. You will blend Snowflake data engineering with Power BI dashboard design and advanced analytics to inform cost, service, growth, and customer experience.

The Lead role involves building high-complexity programs, network modeling, and analyzing ordering behavior to drive measurable improvements. Collaboration with Sales, Strategy, and Operations is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years data management and analysis experience, with 3+ years in Supply Chain.
Experience with consumer-packaged goods (CPG) is a plus.
Exposure to network modeling / optimization tools is desirable.
Hands-on Snowflake and BI dashboard development experience is expected.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain data pipelines, semantic models, and analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake.
Design and own Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for daily ops and leadership reviews.
Integrate data from SAP, Snowflake, 3PL feeds, and other sources; minimize external dependencies.
Define reporting requirements and drive actionable, automated analyses.
Develop network models and cost-to-serve analyses to guide strategy and operations.
Partner with stakeholders to scope and deliver data-driven solutions.
