Job summary

Varonis, a leader in data security, seeks a Director of Business Operations to scale our sales operations. You will lead a team responsible for pipeline analytics, forecasting, territory and quota support, and operational reporting used by senior leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in business or sales operations, strong analytics, and experience guiding managers in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role supports a remote-first workforce across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business operations, sales operations, strategy, or related field
• 3+ years directly managing managers
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills translating data into recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presenting to executives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of regional managers, analysts, and admins
• Set goals, standards, and career development paths
• Build standardized operating standards across regions
• Manage headcount planning and workload balancing
• Run 1:1s, team reviews, and skip-levels
• Partner with Sales VPs to support pipeline management and territory design
• Collaborate with Finance to align on quotas and compensation
• Own accuracy and cadence of sales reporting and dashboards
• Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and drive fixes
• Lead cross-functional projects with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing
• Handle ad hoc strategic analyses as directed by leadership
