The candidate will ensure effective communication with clients, potential customers, associates, and ownership.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Lead sales efforts, oversee rate, date, and space commitments for group sales.
  2. Recruit, train, evaluate, and discipline sales staff as needed.
  3. Ensure regular training and performance standards are met, providing guidance for improvement.
  4. Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and related documents.
  5. Research market trends to develop new marketing strategies and improve market potential.
  6. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and promote Crescent programs.
  7. Meet and entertain clients, some requiring travel.
  8. Communicate clearly with staff both verbally and in writing.
  9. Develop and execute annual Sales & Marketing plans, adjusting for market conditions.
  10. Attend and organize sales meetings.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years as a Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Experience with Marriott brands is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
