As our Regional Sales Director, you'll leverage your deep K-12 relationships and sales expertise to build multi-million dollar partnerships across Texas or California. This is your opportunity to combine startup agility with a product that genuinely transforms student success.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Architect and execute a territory strategy targeting a $10M+ pipeline
  • Leverage your district relationships to secure transformative six- and seven-figure partnerships
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to complex procurement navigation
  • Conduct high-impact discovery sessions to uncover district pain points and align solutions
  • Design and present compelling proposals demonstrating our platform’s proven impact on student achievement

Key Responsibilities

Lead in revolutionizing K-12 education by securing strategic, multi-year partnerships with public districts, driving revenue growth and improvements in student achievement.

Basic Requirements
  • Proven track record of closing $100K+ deals in K-12 education (minimum 3 years)
  • Extensive network of decision-maker relationships in TX or CA school districts
  • Expertise in public education procurement processes
  • History of maintaining a $10M+ pipeline and achieving revenue targets
  • Success in autonomous territory management
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM systems
  • Based in or within 2 hours of TX or CA
  • Willing to travel up to 80% within territory
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with us
