Job summary

A-Gas Americas seeks a Director of Sales to lead the Fire Protection and Performance Chemicals business units in Bowling Green, OH. This role drives gas acquisition, growth with existing partners, and new customer development, with travel >40% as required.

You will set strategic plans, report metrics, and guide a sales team while collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to meet budgets and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in sales with relevant industry experience.
• Experience working with the circular economy is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KPI targets for the assigned market segment.
• Develop strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.
