The role requires 5–10 years of outside B2B sales experience, strong solution-selling skills, and the ability to build a profitable book of business while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven history in solution-selling concepts.
• Ability to develop and nurture a profitable book of business.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and prioritization.
• Willingness to visit customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Enforce rigorous prospect bucketing and 120-180 day hand-offs to AMs.
• Guide sales team on pipeline velocity and acquisition.
• Lead weekly reviews with AVPs to align growth targets.
• Standardize pipeline protocols by signing timelines (30–180+ days).
• Ensure new sales growth remains a core priority.
