Gardner Abrasives, part of Fives Landis Corp, seeks a Product Specialist in South Beloit, IL. You will demonstrate the value of Gardner products to customers, support the sales team with new business, and perform product and applications analysis.

You will provide quotations and act as a technical resource for sales, service and marketing, including travel to client sites. The role requires a high school diploma and 1–5 years of sales or application experience in machining, with preferred

Position Summary

FIVES LANDIS CORP – Gardner Abrasives is actively seeking a Product Specialist to join its team in South Beloit, Illinois. Your role as a Product Specialist will be to:

At Gardner Abrasives and under the direction of the Production Control Supervisor, you will join the Application Engineering team. We are seeking a candidate who has at minimum a high school diploma, 1-5 years of sales experience or application experience in machining preferred. Cutting tool, dressing tool, and/or grinding experience preferred. Required strong oral & written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Strong use of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint a plus. If you are a self-starter, able to work independently and work within a team setting, then we are eager to change the world with you!
