Are you a top-performing B2B sales leader ready to build from the ground up? Insight360 is looking for a Director of Sales to lead GTM strategy and scale our high-margin report-driven offering.

This is not a salaried position — it's a performance-based leadership role with real ownership and autonomy. Perfect for someone tired of corporate ceilings and ready to bet on themselves.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and scale the sales engine for Insight360 strategic reports
• Sell high-ticket reports ($2.5K–$25K) to SMBs, advisors, PE firms, and founders
• Close warm leads and develop new channels (fractional CFOs, consultants, etc.)
• Build sales playbooks, refine pitch frameworks, and shape go-to-market
• Work directly with the managing partner and senior advisory team

Who You Are

• A proven B2B closer (consulting, SaaS, analytics, advisory background preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead without hand-holding
• Confident selling to founders, CEOs, capital partners
• Strong consultative seller who thrives in lean environments
• Bonus: You have a warm network or prior experience in advisory/capital markets
