Ohserase Manufacturing, a division of Tarbell Management Group, is seeking a strategic and driven Director of Sales to lead our New York State market, focusing on tobacco and fuel sectors. Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue, volume, and profitability across tribal and general market customers
  • Lead and develop a dynamic team of sales representatives and brand ambassadors
  • Expand our fuel customer base and increase Signal Tobacco's market reach
  • Represent the voice of tribal customers, ensuring exceptional service and partnership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer experience, and leadership to scale success nationally
Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of regional sales leadership experience in Tobacco, Fuel, or CPG preferred
  • Strategic leadership ability to drive performance and build trust-based relationships
  • Experience in tribal business environments is a strong plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within New York
