Requirements

As Director of Sales at TWG Global, you'll lead our AI solutions sales strategy across our diverse portfolio of products. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth at the intersection of AI and financial services. You'll report directly to the head of our growing AI Business Development/Solutions Group to bring cutting-edge data analytics and machine learning solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

Active selling, in addition to leading a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on AI-powered solutions

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

Foster relationships with executives across financial services, insurance, and similar sectors

Collaborate with our AI Solutions Group to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions

Create and implement sales processes that align with our data-driven, AI-first approach

Partner with product teams to ensure market feedback shapes our AI solution development

Drive strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and startups in our portfolio

Experience building a sales motion from the ground up in fast-paced environment in a growth-stage company

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role

A record of consistently exceeding quota in complex B2B sales

Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications

Experience selling to financial services, insurance, or similar industries

Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss AI solutions with both technical and business stakeholders

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred
