About The Role

The Regional Sales Director, Anesthesia, will plan, direct, and coordinate sales activities for the regional territory, covering Core Products and Endoscopy Airway products, including Anesthesia, Respiratory, Neurology, Cardiology, and Emergency Department call points. Products not responsible for: Pulmonary, GI, ENT/URO, EMS.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% or more of your Regional Sales Plan
• Build a cohesive region by inspiring, motivating, supporting, managing performance, and planning with Sales Representatives
• Work with HR to hire, maintain, and terminate Sales Reps as needed
• Maintain high communication levels with VP, President, HR, Marketing, and support teams
• Maximize hospital relationships by engaging all stakeholders
• Manage sales expense budgets and report regularly
• Maintain and update pipelines and forecasts in CRM
• Present quarterly business reviews
• Implement corporate sales strategies for complete region coverage
• Maintain regular communication with distribution partners and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
• Travel overnight 70%+ to visit clients, attend meetings, and support sales efforts

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

• Minimum five (5) years of medical device sales experience, preferably in anesthesia and critical care
• Previous sales management experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field with five years of related experience
• Proven sales achievement
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM (Salesforce)
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
