The Southwest Life Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced real estate professional to serve as Director of Sales in Albuquerque. You will continue your own sales while coaching designated agents, guiding planning and accountability, and driving team production.

You will leverage Brivity CRM, AI-assisted tools, and marketing support to help agents build productive businesses, with leadership compensation tied to closed transactions under your mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active NM real estate license and proven production in residential sales.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other agents.
• Ability to manage personal production while coaching a team.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a productive personal real estate business while coaching designated agents.
• Coach and mentor SWL agents with prospecting, lead follow-up, and negotiations.
• Develop measurable business plans with assigned agents to drive appointments and closings.
• Lead sales skill development, practice scripts, and performance accountability.
• Evaluate agent performance using CRM data and conversions.
• Collaborate with SWL leadership to align coaching with team goals.
• Leverage Brivity CRM, AI tools, and marketing resources to support agent growth.
