Greenbrier Senior Living in Vestavia Hills, AL is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to drive occupancy for Vista Veranda by developing and executing annual sales plans, building referral partnerships, and conducting tours.

The role requires a bachelor's in Marketing/Business, 3+ years in sales/marketing, and strong networking, communication, and follow-up skills. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Three or more years of successful sales or marketing experience.
• Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or relationship-based sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and community outreach abilities.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.

• Creating marketing materials, newsletters, advertising campaigns, and social media content.
• Representing Vista Veranda at community events, networking groups, and outreach opportunities.
• Working closely with the Executive Director and department leaders to ensure a seamless move-in experience.
• Monitoring occupancy trends and developing strategies to achieve census goals.
• Managing the department budget and marketing initiatives.
• Helping strengthen Vista Veranda’s reputation as the premier senior living community in the area.
