Purpose
The Director of Sales / Integrated Solutions role is responsible for carrying out Integrated Solutions divisional sales goals and objectives plus the overall goals of NEP’s US Media Services. Established by the Senior Vice President of NEP Integrated Solutions, and the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) this role will formulate and grow the Integrated Solutions Sales plan and assist with the NEP Media Services business. This lead sales role within NEP will be accountable for achieving revenue and profit goals, developing and maintaining valued customer relationships, and expanding the company's current customer base.
- Works closely with the SVP NEP / Integrated Solutions and the US Chief Commercial Officer to implement a comprehensive commercial sales and marketing strategy toward Integrated Solution’s business focusing on growth within the targeted areas including new and existing venues, media and corporate facilities, consultation and managed services.
- Seek out and grow additional opportunities in new business categories which match the overall NEP Media and Technology portfolio by identifying potential clients to increase market share and utilize current and future NEP services.
- Manage current Integrated Solution’s sales and business relationships as assigned to increase the services and service levels we provide to these current clients
- Collaborates with the sales and finance teams to manage processes and governance around commercial deals.
- Prepare and write professional proposals in timely and accurate responses to client RFP and/or bid documents.
- Coordinates and leads the engineering and support staff ensuring proper support, prioritization and consistency with quoting, design, estimating, and proposal requirements and tools.
- Revise and update contracts as needed working with our legal team. Manage contracts and make certain that billing is correct according to the contract language
- reporting in Sales Force, pipeline reports for NEP IS SVP and CCO.
- Works closely and collaborates with Engineering, Operations and Finance to ensure alignment on pricing models and other commercial initiatives and delivery installation timelines.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key technology vendors in the Media, Video and Audio industry.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Position Requirements
- Four-year degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the field of sales and integration of technology and equipment
- A minimum of 8 years successful sales experience in systems integration and / or engineering with a focus on venue and facility installations of all sizes
- Experienced in consultative sales, selling both design and engineering services as well as systems integration.
- Self-driven, self-motivated, and results oriented
- Broad knowledge of video and audio current technology, equipment, facilities, and venues; especially relating to sports and entertainment, professional leagues, media and corporate facilities, and general media production.
- Ability to operate within a CRM system for all aspects of sales process
- Proven track record of exceeding corporate sales objectives and goals both long and short term.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective personal relationships with clients, NEP peer staff and supervisory staff.
- High level ability to interpret engineering workflows, RFP documentation and facility designs to communicate internally to NEP team members
- Willing and able to travel as necessary including industry events and client meetings per sales management / Valid and current driver’s license required.
Note
This role can be a remote position with access to a major airport and consistent high quality internet service. The pay range is $120,000 - $144,000 per year based on experience and location.
