We’re looking for a Director of Specification Sales - West Accent and Downlighting Products to join Cooper Lighting Solutions as a Home Based employee in the United States, ideally located in the western USA including Texas.

As the Director of Specification Sales - West Accent and Downlighting, you will be responsible for growing the sales of Cooper Lighting Solutions’ specification products from brands such as Portfolio, Halo Commercial, Iris, RSA, Halo, and Halo Track.
The role requires travel throughout Western North America to collaborate with a diverse team of sales managers and independent manufacturing agents, educate them, and motivate them to specify our products, leading to increased sales of our leading linear and ambient brands.

Salary: $139,000 - $200,000
Bonus: Target 35% Sales Incentive Bonus
