Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Director of Rooms to oversee Front Office and Housekeeping, partnering with department heads to ensure exceptional guest service and operational excellence across our Memphis properties.

This leadership role directs budget planning, staff development and performance improvements, with emphasis on brand standards, profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge of hospitality and business management, especially Housekeeping and Front Desk.
• Strong communication skills and proven leadership abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex information to improve practices and drive results.
• Brand experience (Hilton, IHG, Marriott) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead budgeting, financial reporting and annual planning processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to Indigo Road brand standards.
• Participate in hotel management team and strategic decision making.
