Job summary

Bradford Health Services seeks a Director of Risk Management & Performance Improvement to lead risk governance, patient safety, and compliance programs across the facility. You will develop policies, coordinate QA, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to protect patients, staff, and visitors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in risk management, and supervisory experience, with a strong knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management positions.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Familiarity with federal/state/local laws and accrediting standards.
• Comfortable interfacing with the public and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk management activities and develop a comprehensive program.
• Establish incident reporting and risk reduction systems across the facility.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure policy adherence.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and monitor program performance data.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and state licensure requirements.
• Provide staff coaching, recruitment support, and performance management.
