Job summary

Bradford Health Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Risk Management & Performance Improvement to oversee risk management and performance improvement across the facility. The role ensures a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors while meeting regulatory and accrediting standards.

The director will lead risk programs, collaborate with clinical teams, and drive quality initiatives, policies, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business or related field
• Five+ years’ experience in a risk management role
• One+ years’ supervisory experience
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations and accrediting standards
• Ability to work with the public and maintain professional boundaries
• If recovering, two years of sobriety and compliance with HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze actual and potential risks in the facility
• Implement incident reporting system across the facility
• Develop and implement risk management program
• Ensure patient safety and compliance across operations
• Collaborate with clinical staff to prevent clinical risks
• Maintain internal controls with auditors and security contractors
• Monitor program performance data to drive improvements
• Oversee QAPI program and accreditation compliance
• Hire, train, and manage department staff
• Provide policy/procedure development and staff consulting
