Qualifications

• RN license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies to ensure compliance with standards.
• Supervise nursing staff including scheduling and evaluations.
• Coordinate patient care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and supplies for nursing services.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
