Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 2 years Risk Management experience; acute care experience preferred.
• 3 years leadership experience preferred.
• CPHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claim management functions including investigation and analysis.
• Perform risk assessments for new services and initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis and action plan tracking for system improvements.
• Support and co-lead the Patient Safety Council and regulatory compliance initiatives.
