Qualifications

• MSN preferred or equivalent advanced nursing degree.
• Nursing licensure in good standing required or preferred.
• BSN or related field with substantial work experience acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee risk management and safety programs for hospital operations.
• Coordinate with hospital leadership to respond to regulatory inquiries (Joint Commission, CMS, state boards).
• Develop and supervise action plans for process improvements related to patient safety and risk.
• Support Quality and Patient Relations in safety culture initiatives.
