Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily performance improvement activities.
Review and analyze incident reports and trends.
Prepare and present reports to the Quality Council.
Assist with Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and state surveys.
Manage correspondence with accrediting agencies.
Serve as Patient Advocate, addressing grievances.
Maintain compliance logs and documentation.
