Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily performance improvement activities.
• Review and analyze incident reports and trends.
• Prepare and present reports to the Quality Council.
• Assist with Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and state surveys.
• Manage correspondence with accrediting agencies.
• Serve as Patient Advocate, addressing grievances.
• Maintain compliance logs and documentation.
